Suhaib Mustafe Adam

Suhaib Mustafe Adam is Academy & Training Coordinator. He is an education professional, disaster risk management specialist, and emerging leader in diplomacy, youth development, and institutional capacity building. He serves as the Head of Formal Education at the Hargeisa District Education Office under the Ministry of Education and Science, where he contributes to the coordination, supervision, and improvement of formal education services. Through his work, he is committed to strengthening education governance, promoting equitable access to quality education, and supporting effective education systems that respond to the needs of learners and communities In addition to his responsibilities in the education sector, Suhaib serves as the Academy and Training Department at the Voice of Diplomacy Institute (VoDI). In this capacity, he contributes to advancing diplomatic education, professional training, leadership development, and capacity-building initiatives aimed at equipping young people and emerging professionals with the knowledge and skills required to engage effectively in diplomacy, international relations, peacebuilding, and global affairs. Suhaib Mustafe holds a Master’s degree in Disaster Risk Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations. His academic background combines an understanding of governance, international affairs, disaster preparedness, and emergency response with a strong commitment to public service and sustainable development. His professional and academic interests include diplomacy, foreign policy, international cooperation, disaster risk reduction, emergency preparedness, education development, youth empowerment, leadership training, peacebuilding, and sustainable development. Through his work in public education and diplomatic training, Suhaib is dedicated to promoting institutional excellence, developing future leaders, and contributing to a more resilient, educated, and peaceful society.
