Abdiladif Mohamed Ismail is a distinguished young diplomat, development professional, and strategic leader with over 14 years of experience across humanitarian action, development, diplomacy, youth empowerment, and institutional development. He is the Founder & CEO of Voice of Diplomacy Institute (VoDI), advancing diplomatic education, policy dialogue, leadership development, and international cooperation. He is also Co-Founder of the Smart Youth Leadership Council (SYLC) and has served as a Global Peace Ambassador with Global Peace Chain since 2021. Abdiladif holds two Master’s degrees in International Relations & Diplomacy Studies and Project Management, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting). He has been recognised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Somaliland as a Somaliland Future Ambassador. His professional interests include diplomacy, foreign policy, international cooperation, aviation diplomacy, youth leadership, peacebuilding, and sustainable development.
