Heba Fathy Elkomey is an Advisory Board Member of Voice of Diplomacy Institute. Heba is also an International Coordinator at CMR Egypt, a PhD researcher in Biochemistry at Al-Azhar University, and a nuclear energy and science professional. She holds a B.Sc. in Science from Ain Shams University and an M.Sc. in Biochemistry. She has extensive experience in nuclear energy, radiation biology, energy research, and youth capacity building, including roles with the African Young Generation in Nuclear (AYGN) and Nuclear Aware Africa. She has contributed to the BRICS Energy Youth Outlook 2024 and 2025 and was recognized among the Top 100 Strategy Team at World Atomic Week 2025 in Moscow. She is actively engaged in international nuclear research, safety, advocacy, and youth initiatives, with professional affiliations including WiN Africa, WiN Young Generation, and WiN 4 Peace
