Biography Ketema Bahiru Roba is an Advisory Board Member of Voice of Diplomacy Institute( VoDI). He is civil society leader, youth advocate, development practitioner, and social entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience in youth empowerment, democratic participation, peacebuilding, community development, human rights, and sustainable development. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Better Life for All (BLFA), where he provides strategic leadership and oversees programs focused on youth development, education, livelihoods, peacebuilding, social inclusion, civic engagement, and community resilience. He also serves as a Senior Advisor to the President of the Ethiopian Youth Council, supporting youth leadership, civic participation, policy dialogue, and national and international youth cooperation. Ketema previously served as National Election Observers Coordinator for Ethiopia’s 7th National Election, contributing to election observation, civic engagement, stakeholder coordination, and democratic participation. He has also engaged in national dialogue, peacebuilding, civil society networks, and regional and international youth platforms. Beyond civil society leadership, he is the Founder and CEO of Ask Me Tour & Travel PLC and Ketema Bahiru Poultry Farm, reflecting his commitment to entrepreneurship, innovation, employment, and sustainable livelihoods. He holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management, with additional studies and professional training in natural resources, disaster risk management, sustainable development, resource mobilization, peacebuilding, and emerging technologies. Ketema is committed to empowering young people, strengthening communities and institutions, building partnerships, and advancing practical solutions for peace, inclusive governance, sustainable development, and active citizenship in Ethiopia and Africa.
