Mugisha Claude is a young leader, social entrepreneur, and public administration professional committed to youth empowerment, education, innovation, and sustainable community development. He is the Founder and Managing Director of *MHELPER GROUP*, a social enterprise focused on enhancing productivity in education and public services while creating opportunities for young people. He also serve as Board of Directors Member of Voice of Diplomacy Institute. Claude has experience in youth leadership, project management, education technology, community development, and entrepreneurship. Through MHELPER GROUP, he has initiated and supported programs in education, student empowerment, agriculture, vocational skills development, internships, and innovation. He is also passionate about diplomacy, international cooperation, peacebuilding, and meaningful youth participation in leadership and decision-making. As a Board Director Member of the Voice of Diplomacy Institute Claude contributes his experience and perspective toward advancing youth engagement, diplomacy, leadership, and sustainable development. He holds a background in Public Administration and Local Governance and continues to engage in initiatives that seek to transform communities and create meaningful opportunities for young people in his country and beyond.
