Mr. Noble Pete-I Gotolph ǂEiaseb is an Advisory Board Member of Voice of Diplomacy Institute. And he is a multidisciplinary professional, nuclear youth leader, researcher, and strategic development practitioner working at the intersection of nuclear science, policy, diplomacy, and sustainable development. He is also the Founder and Executive Director of the Association of Young Generation in Nuclear of Namibia (NAMYGN), Nuclear is Clean Energy Club Namibia (NiCE Club Namibia) advancing youth participation in nuclear governance and international cooperation through engagement with the IAEA, African Young Generation in Nuclear (AYGN), and International Youth Nuclear Congress (IYNC). As a CTBTO 2026 Fellow, his international expertise and vast network of professional relationships is vital for VoDI. Mr ǂEiaseb serves on the AYGN Communications, Publicity and Marketing Committee, contributing to continental nuclear communication and youth outreach. A former National Strategic Projects Research Assistant at Namibia’s National Commission on Research, Science and Technology, Noble contributed to policy research spanning nuclear science, climate resilience, artificial intelligence governance, water security, and sustainable development. He has published peer-reviewed research on responsible AI, digital twins, IoT adoption, and green human resource management. Professionally trained in mining engineering and holding a Specialist Mining Engineering Diploma, Professional Retraining Mining and Underground Construction Diploma, Master of Commerce and Master of Business Administration, Noble is completing a Doctor of Business Administration at Namibia Business School (University of Namibia). His international engagements across Africa, Europe, and Asia reflect a strong commitment to science diplomacy, youth leadership, and a peaceful, secure, and sustainable world.
